Lawful use only
Do not use the service to create, promote or distribute unlawful content, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, extremist propaganda or instructions intended to cause harm.
Intellectual property
Only submit text and references you have the right to use. Do not request close copies of protected artwork, unauthorized logos, characters, celebrity likenesses or another creator's distinctive work for commercial sale. You are responsible for trademark and rights-clearance checks before manufacturing products.
Deception and impersonation
Do not present generated content as authentic evidence, impersonate a person or organization, create misleading endorsements, or use the service for phishing, spam or manipulation.
Platform and security abuse
Do not bypass usage limits, share paid access, automate abusive traffic, probe security controls, distribute malware, scrape protected assets or interfere with the service or other users.
Moderation and enforcement
We may block prompts, review reported content, remove files, suspend access or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection or legal compliance. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination without credit for prohibited use.
Reporting concerns
Rights holders and users can report suspected infringement or harmful content to support@tshirtdesign.io. Include the affected URL or design, a description of the concern, your contact details and evidence of your rights where applicable.
